If you no longer have Papiano installed, email legal@papiano.app from the email address of your Papiano account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request and delete the account, generally within 30 days.
A restore copy of your account and your sign-in record are kept for 30 days, so an accidental deletion can be undone through support. After 30 days they are permanently deleted.
Moderation records (reports and the actions taken on them) and anti-abuse counters (such as quest claims and daily usage limits) are kept without any profile data attached, to protect the integrity of the service.
Routine backups are kept until they expire on their own schedule and are not individually purged.
Purchases made through Google Play remain in your own Google Play account's purchase history — deleting your Papiano account does not remove them from Google's records.
Messages you already sent stay in the chats of the players who received them, and MIDI files you published to the MIDI Library stay online — deletion is not retroactive for content you shared with other players. Both are shown as posted by "Deleted User" instead of your profile.

No. Google Play subscriptions are billed independently of your Papiano account. Cancel your subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions to stop future charges.
It is removed with the rest of your account data when the account is deleted. Coin has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred before deletion.
Deleting in the app removes your profile, social data, and account contents from the live service immediately. An email request is verified first, and deletion is completed generally within 30 days. Either way, a restore copy and your sign-in record are kept for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Within 30 days of deletion, email legal@papiano.app from the same account's registered address and we can restore it from the retained copy. After 30 days, the account and its data are permanently gone.
