Sending a notice
Email legal@papiano.app with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
Your name and contact details.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim.
The exact location of the material on Papiano, such as a MIDI Library entry or an account name.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review the notice and may remove or disable access to the material.
Where we can, we tell the uploader that the material was removed, so they can respond.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to legal@papiano.app with:
Your name, contact details and the removed material's location before it was removed.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material may be suspended or closed, as described in the Community Guidelines.
